Located in one of the busiest transport corridors in Europe, we have a wealth of experience in acting for landowners and occupiers involved with compulsory purchase acquisitions.

We represent clients affected by large infrastructure schemes, such as highway alterations, railway works and gas pipeline schemes aswell as any other cables, water pipes, pylons and infrastructure required by a utility company.

We aim to ensure that clients achieve the best possible outcome both in terms of compensation and in attempting to reduce the impact of works.  We only act for landowners and occupiers and do not act for any utility companies or acquiring authorities thus ensuring a conflict of interest never arises.
