BTF Partnership's professional division began as Page Associates in 1992 in response to a growing demand from individuals and later from Clients to provide a practical approach to property consultancy. whilst there has always been much property advice in the marketplace, it was clear that often there was insufficient flexibility of approach for Clients to feel satisfied that their needs were being interpreted properly.
Initially, the majority of Clients were individuals requiring a broad range of advice and project management on commercial and residential schemes. these included industrial and commercial new build, residential developments, office re-fits, restoration or conversions of listed properties, including barns, oasts and granaries. Tthe business has grown to encompass not just individual Clients, but a growing range of corporate Clients.
BTF Partnership brings together the experience needed to meet the requirements of both new build and refurbishment of major commercial, residential and agricultural developments. with a proactive management approach, the Partnership offers a broad base of professional expertise to meet Client's requirements and to help maximise their property assets.
