Both Plots have full planning permission to build a detached sustainable dwelling with far reaching views.

Located on the Pilgrims Way, a quiet country lane a short distance from Charing High Street,

Plot 2 with a Guide Price of £330,000 has planning permission for a detached two-bedroom single story dwelling extending to 1,809sqft under planning reference 20/00313/AS. The gardens extend to 0.34 acres with far reaching views across the Weald of Kent.

Plot 3 with a Guide Price of £355,000 is a slightly larger plot and has planning permission for a detached four-bedroom single story dwelling extending to 2,508sqft under planning reference 20/00313/AS. The gardens extend to 0.72 acres.

There may be the potential of further land of up to 2.52 acres to the rear of both plots that may be available by separate negotiation.

Both properties will be serviced by a ground source heat pump and photovoltaic panels and they will each have their own car port, electric vehicle charging point and off-road parking areas.

Alex Cornwallis at BTF Partnership comments: “This is a unique and exciting opportunity for someone to build to their own specification a modern and sustainable family home in the Kent countryside with stunning, south facing views and easy access to local facilities all within walking distance. The design and layout of each property is well thought out to suit modern living and I anticipate both plots will generate significant interest from a range of buyers as there is quite simply nothing else on the market for sale like this in the local area.”
