NewsBTF Partnership are delighted to have agreed a new letting of Unit 1, 22 Maynard Road, Canterbury to Chimera Climbing, providing a dedicated new rock climbing centre. Located on the Wincheap Indutrial Estate, a short walk from Canterbury city centre the property provides a little under 5,400 sq ft of modern single storey accommodation. Ned Gleave comments: “It is excellent to see a young company expand their business on Wincheap. Chimera Climbing will be an excellent addition to an established retail and emerging leisure market.
