NewsBTF Partnership has launched for sale a rural residential development site with detailed planning consent (19/01337 Dover District Council) for four dwellings near Sandwich Kent with a guide price for offers in excess of £450,000.
Beacon Lane Farm is a redundant former agricultural yard on the outskirts of the village of Woodnesborough, just two miles from Sandwich. The site is relatively level and currently comprises of a modern concrete and block-built store and a timber framed building with a slate roof.
