We have a wealth of experience in acting for landowners, occupiers and businesses affected by compulsory purchase acquisitions. We represent clients throughout the whole process from early stages through to making representations at Public Inquiries. Currently we are acting for the majority of those affected by the Lower Thames Crossing, both north and south of the Thames; businesses and landowners affected by the proposed London Resort and other Highways England schemes throughout the South East.
We also regularly negotiate easements, wayleaves and licences for water pipelines, pylons and any other infrastructure required by utility companies.
