The woodland is located approximately 2 miles to the south west of Wadhurst and approximately 2.2 miles to the north east of Mark Cross. Tunbridge Wells is approximately 6.3 miles to the north west.
The woodland extends in all to approximately 3.22 acres and is predominantly native broadleaf with scattered conifers. Single bank stream frontage runs the northern boundary.
