Laura has nearly 20 years of estate management experience, and has particular expertise in landlord and tenant negotiations, financial management including budgeting, cashflow planning and bank reporting, property management, health and safety, tourism, employee management and development projects.

Laura is also an AMC agent and experienced in making applications for new loans for a variety of purposes.

She also specialises in renewables and acts for a number of landowners in negotiating terms for solar and battery schemes.
