Lissa is Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, initially working in agency dealing with the sale, lettings acquisitions of rural, residential, and commercial property.

Then more recently she has been predominately working in estate management and has expertise in landlord and tenant negotiations, residential management, financial management including budgeting, cashflow planning, property management, health and safety.
