BTF was founded by Michael Bax, Richard Thomas and Tom French in 1991 and originally based in a converted oast in Shadoxhurst, Kent. The business was built on down to earth practical, professional advice.
The business has evolved and developed since 1991 with the addition of the Canterbury commercial office run by Will Hinckley in 2002, the BTF 50 Club led by Colin Hall in 2005 and most recently the addition of Charles Clark & Co. located in Heathfield in 2013. The business continues to adapt and grow to meet the changing demands of our clients and the industry with now over 35 employees throughout the business.
