The introduction of significant new pieces of legislation including the Agriculture Act and the Environment Act, as well as a range of Government funded schemes has resulted in increased investment opportunities in Natural Capital (Ecosystem Services).
BTF Partnership has formed a strategic collaboration with Kent Wildlife Trust Consultancy Services to allow clients to unlock these opportunities. We can provide Natural Capital Baseline Assessments for Clients and we can assist with brokering commercial terms for a range of agreement types relating to Biodiversity Net Gain, Nutrient Neutrality and Carbon Capture advising on scheme establishment and the conservation covenants which will be required. We can also assist with putting together applications for government funded schemes as well as negotiate commercial arrangements within the private natural capital market including natural flood management and private carbon offsetting agreements.
