NewsRother District Council are in the process of updating their local plan and they are in need of new sites suitable and available for development across the district that meet the criteria of their Housing and Economic Land Availability Assessment (HELAA). Consequently, they are undertaking a ‘Call for Sites’ process which is open until the 7th December 2020.
