Hector joined BTF in January 2024, he brings to the table 5 plus years of experience. His previous position was at a commercial surveying firm in London, where he obtained a breadth of experience in a varied and competitive market. Hector studied Real Estate at Nottingham Trent University.

Hector works in the Canterbury Office, focusing on commercial agency sales and lettings. He will be working towards obtaining his RICS qualifications within the next year.
