Millie joined BTF in August 2022, having graduated from the Royal Agricultural University in July. Millie studied Rural Land Management and is working towards her APC to become a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

Millie currently assists Richard Thomas and Alex Cornwallis in a range of agency and professional work.
