Tom joined BTF in February 2024, after 2.5 years of experience in the local area. His previous position was at an international firm in their South-East Development team, where he obtained a breadth of experience in varied agency, commercial and valuation work. He became a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in May 2024 after successfully competing his APC. Tom studied Real Estate at the Royal Agricultural University.
Tom will split his time between the Challock and Heathfield offices. He will be assisting Tom French within the Development and Strategic Land team.
