New Occupier On the Wincheap Industrial Estate

BTF Partnership are delighted to have agreed a new letting of Unit 1, 22 Maynard Road, Canterbury to Chimera Climbing, providing a dedicated new rock climbing centre.

Located on the Wincheap Indutrial Estate, a short walk from Canterbury city centre the property provides a little under 5,400 sq ft of modern single storey accommodation.
