Alex joined BTF in 2010 straight out of the Royal Agricultural College and has worked his way through the firm to become a Director in April 2018. Alex is a key figure within the agency department, dealing with the sale and letting of rural, agricultural, residential and commercial property and also deals with acquisitions, working alongside Richard Thomas.
Along with Alex’s agency skills, he has a range of estate management clients throughout Kent and is an RICS Registered Valuer undertaking valuations of all aspects of rural property throughout the South East. Alex has also had significant success in obtaining several prior approvals under Class Q Permitted Development and helps advise clients on the planning potential of their property on a regular basis.
