Ed Sargeant

LAND AGENT

Ed joined BTF Partnership’s Heathfield office in 2026 as a Land Agent. Having studied Rural Land Management at the Royal Agricultural College in Cirencester between 2009 and 2012, Ed brings a wealth of experience in rural and residential estate agency.

Prior to joining BTF, Ed worked at Batcheller Monkhouse, where he was predominantly involved in rural and residential agency, latterly managing the rural agency side of the business. He has been a member of NAEA Propertymark since 2018 and has worked across both the West Midlands and South East.

Ed is now looking to broaden his experience in rural surveying and land agency while working towards becoming a Chartered Surveyor through the RICS Assessment of Professional Competence (APC).

Outside of work, Ed is a keen shot and qualified shooting instructor and professional loader. He also enjoys golf, motorsport and horse racing, while his two year old working cocker spaniel keeps him busy in his spare time.
