Joe joined BTF in 2021 after completing his studies at the Royal Agricultural University following previous experience working for livestock and arable farm businesses across Kent. Joe trained under Tom French to become an RICS Chartered Surveyor and Registered Valuer, as well as a Fellow of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers and a member of the Compulsory Purchase Association.
Joe undertakes a variety of rural professional work for clients including compulsory purchase and compensation; rural valuations and Landlord & Tenant matters. Joe specialises in providing expert advice to landowners and businesses affected by Utilities & Infrastructure projects across the South East, focussing on delivering practical solutions to mitigate loss, alongside robust valuation and compensation advice.
