Katie joined BTF in 2018 as an Associate Director based in the Canterbury office. Having obtained a Degree in Psychology and Criminology from Suffolk University, she spent 3 years working in the residential property management sector prior to joining BTF on the commercial side of the business.
Katie manages a broad portfolio of properties from single shop units to multi-let office buildings and mixed commercial estates, with particular responsibility for the day-to-day management of the properties, landlord and tenant liaison, rent and service charge collection and ensuring compliance with Health & Safety and statutory requirements.
