Thomas joined BTF in 2007 after having studied Agricultural Business Management at Wye College.
He is a Chartered Surveyor, a Fellow of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers and an RICS Registered Valuer.
He has particular expertise in the Basic Payment Scheme, Environmental Stewardship, estate management, utility schemes and valuation, with excellent local knowledge and contacts.
