Will is a Chartered Surveyor and RICS Registered Valuer with over 25 years experience in the South East. He joined BTF in 2001 and manages the Commercial office based in Canterbury.
He is a specialist in all commercial property matters, especially the letting, sale and acquisition of offices, shops, restaurants, industrial and warehouse premises. He also undertakes valuations, rent reviews and lease renewals, property and asset management, and provides advice in relation to investment acquisitions and disposals and development appraisals advice in relation to commercial and residential land.
